Updates commit title style to include colon after task ID
This commit modifies the examples in CONTRIBUTING.md to reflect the
correct commit title style, placing a colon between the task identifier
and the commit description. The previous format `tsk1 Adds...` is
updated to `tsk1: Adds...`.
