Add the "Messages" option to the user menu.
Modified "UserEJB.java" for user notifications. Modified
"templateHeader.xhtml" to display the "Messages" option. Added
"messages.xhtml" to display the message list. Added "showMessage.xhtml"
to show the details of a message.
