tsk12 Adds the JSF project structure, with a template and examples
The file CONTRIBUTING.md was modified to explain the use of the new JSF 
structure, and where to find the template to work with it. Modified POM
files to add PrimeFaces as a dependency. Removed the default greeting
page that was included in the default project, as it is not needed
anymore.
