Changes

Fixes in search and reload the list of owns competitions
When the user was creates a new competition, the list of competitions 
wasn't reloaded causing errors. However, the previous solution has made
the searchs not work.
Now the list of competitions of the user is correctly recharged after 
any modification, elimination or creation and the searchs by name and 
description and type of sport is working correctly.
