T30.52 Adds Match REST API and solves problems
Adds the API REST for Maatch entity with tests. Also, all the REST
project and service project are reconfigured so the REST calls can work.
Entities didnt have the correct anotacion, the persistance was
incomplete and the web.xml needs attributes to work.
