tsk84: Updates 'favorite stories filter' to support theme filtering in
StoryService
Added theme-based filtering to the 'favorite stories filter' in the
StoryService. Implemented the corresponding integration tests. Preserved
existing REST and JSF behavior by passing null for theme.
