Changes

tsk46 Fixes in SQL files
Fixes the order of the "drop" statements so that they are executed in
the correct order taking into account foreign key restrictions. Also
adds in microstories-mysql.delete.sql statements to deactivate and FK
activate restrictions that allow truncate tables.
